Conditions and Rules for Home Hairdressing Services

Welcome to our website! To guarantee you quality hairdressing services, we have implemented a few essential rules. Please read them carefully before booking an appointment.

  • Reservation and Cancellation

    • Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Any cancellation or modification must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, cancellation fees may apply.
    • Thank you for being present and prepared at the agreed time for the smooth running of the service.

  • Payment Terms

    • Payment can be made in cash, by credit card or via online payment.
    • A deposit may be requested for long or complex services.
    • The balance of the service must be paid on the day of the appointment.

  • Conditions for a Home Service

    • The client must provide a clean, well-lit space large enough to allow the service to be provided.
    • Any excessive delay by the customer may result in a reduction in service time or additional costs.
    • Children and pets must be kept away during the performance for safety reasons.

  • Health and Safety

    • Our tools are disinfected before each appointment.
    • The customer must report any allergies or sensitivities to certain products before the service.
    • If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.

  • Travel Expenses

    • Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
    • These fees will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Satisfaction and Complaints

    • Your satisfaction is our priority!
    • If an adjustment is necessary after the service, please contact us within 48 hours.
    • No refund will be made after the service, except in the event of proven fault.
